Mr Speaker, I seek the indulgence of the chair to add to an answer.

I was asked a question by the Leader of the Opposition about the futures yield. I inform the Leader of the Opposition that the 90-day futures yield for a September 2006 contract was 6.01 per cent yesterday, before I brought down the budget, and this morning at 10 o’clock, after the budget was brought down, it was 6.01 per cent still. Any suggestion that the budget moved the futures yield is completely and utterly false.
