I have previously addressed this issue and I do so again. I was misrepresented in question time today by the member for Groom when he said that I was opposed to the coal industry. This is not true. I strongly support the coal industry in Australia, particularly in my electorate and the surrounding region. The letter referred to represented my constituent’s views and not mine.
