Mr Speaker, what areas of this parliament are prescribed by the standing orders as off limits to any elected MPs to this House, particularly when they are denied the democratic right to table documents in the chamber?

Ignoring the last phrase, I think that this arises from some action that occurred in the gallery above me and behind me during question time. I would think that the answer is that there are no areas where a member is denied access. I will be following through on the basis of what I believe to the member for O’Connor’s concern and checking on this. I will leave it at this point, but I will get back to the member for O’Connor if there is a different answer.
