I inform the House that the Treasurer will be absent from question time today as he is unwell. The Minister for Finance and Deregulation will answer questions on his behalf. Further, the Minister for Defence Personnel, Materiel and Science and Minister Assisting the Minister for Climate Change and Water will be absent from question time today as he is providing the keynote address at Carbon Market Expo Australasia on the Gold Coast. The Minister for Foreign Affairs will answer questions in relation to defence and the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts will answer questions in relation to climate change on his behalf.
