Before calling the honourable member for Petrie, I notice that in the gallery we have the former Leader of the Opposition, Dr Brendan Nelson, who of course is a former distinguished minister and is now one of Australia's most eminent ambassadors abroad. I welcome you, Dr Nelson, back to the House of Representatives chamber.
