I inform the House that the Minister for Resources and Energy and Minister for Tourism will be absent from question time today as he is attending the World Economic Forum on East Asia in Bangkok on my behalf. The Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government and Minister for the Arts will answer questions on his behalf.
