Before I call the Prime Minister, I wish to inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon a former Attorney-General who is a former member for Parkes and Berowra—a distinguished record—the Hon. Tom Hughes and Mrs Hughes. On behalf of the House, I extend to them a very warm welcome during this sad condolence debate.
