Madam Deputy Speaker, I ask a question through you to the Speaker based on the statement that you have just read to the House. Could you ask the Speaker how he could explain that, in 2011, 96 per cent of matters of public importance went, as is the tradition, to the opposition. Yet in 2012 only 61 per cent have gone to the opposition, which seems to coincide with other events.
