I would like to inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon His Excellency Fahad Balghunaim, Minister of Agriculture in the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My apologies: a lot is going on today, and I did not practice pronouncing his name sufficiently! On behalf of the House I extend to him a very warm welcome.
