Madam Speaker has received advice that members have been nominated to be members of certain committees.

That Members be appointed as members of certain committees in accordance with the list which has been placed on the table.

As the list is a lengthy one, I do not propose to read the list to the House. Details will be recorded in the Votes and Proceedings.

The list read as follows—

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs—Standing Committee:

Mr Neumann be discharged and that, in his place, Ms Saffin and be appointed a member of the committee;

Climate Change, Environment and the Arts—Standing Committee:

Mr Ciobo be appointed a supplementary member for the purpose of the committee's inquiry into the Australia Council Bill 2013 and the Australia Council (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Bill 2013;

Cyber-Safety—Joint Select Committee:

Mr Danby be discharged from the committee;

Economics—Standing Committee:

Dr Leigh be discharged and that, in his place, Mr Bowen be appointed a member of the committee;

Education and Employment—Standing Committee:

Ms Rishworth be discharged and that, in her place, Mr Bowen be appointed a member of the committee, and Ms Marino be appointed a supplementary member for the purpose of the committee's inquiry into the Fair Work Amendment Bill 2013;

Electoral Matters—Joint Standing Committee:

Ms Rishworth be discharged and that, in her place, Ms Roxon be appointed a member of the committee;

Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade—Joint Standing Committee:

Mr Danby be discharged and that, in his place, Mr Marles be appointed a member of the committee;

National Capital and External Territories—Joint Standing Committee:

Dr Leigh be discharged and that, in his place, Mr Crean be appointed a member of the committee;

Procedure—Standing Committee:

Mr Fitzgibbon be discharged from the committee and that, in his place, Mr Hayes be appointed a member of the committee;

Public Accounts and Audit—Joint Committee:

Mr Neumann be discharged and that, in his place, Mr Jenkins be appointed a member of the committee;

Publications Committee:

Mr Hayes and Dr Leigh be discharged and that, in their places, Mrs Elliot and Mr Fitzgibbon be appointed members of the committee;

Selection Committee:

Mr Fitzgibbon, Mr Husic and Ms Saffin be discharged and that, in their places, Mr Hayes, Mr Mitchell and Mr Perrett be appointed members of the committee;

Social Policy and Legal Affairs—Standing Committee:

Mr Neumann be discharged and that, in his place, Mr L. D. T. Ferguson be appointed a member of the committee, and Mrs B. K. Bishop be appointed a supplementary member for the purpose of the committee's inquiry into the Public Interest Disclosure Bill 2013;

Treaties—Joint Standing Committee:

Mrs Elliot be discharged from the and that, in her place, Mr Marles be appointed a member of the committee.
