I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon members of a Pacific Parliaments Climate Change Study visit sponsored by the United Nations Development Program. We have members from Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Samoa and Tonga who are visiting our parliament. On behalf of the House I extend a very warm welcome to the members.
