I wish to add briefly to an answer that I gave earlier. I was asked a question by the Deputy Leader of the Opposition about a $10 million cancer program in Western Australia. I have looked into this and the program in question was a Labor Party election commitment. The pledge that we made pre-election was that we would honour our commitments; we would not honour Labor ones. That was a Labor election commitment.
