Madam Speaker, given, as you are aware, that the member for McMahon has been excluded from the chamber and is a person who has written to you on the MPI and given the circumstances of his raising a point of order on reflections of members under section 90 of the standing orders, I ask whether it is possible for him to return to the chamber so that the MPI can continue.

I am afraid not. The conduct of the member for McMahon was disorderly, screeching into the microphone when he had been asked to sit down on three occasions. I am sorry, no.
