I wish to advise the House that we have with us on the floor of the House a distinguished delegation: two very distinguished senators from Mexico, Senator Torres Corzo and Senator Cavazos Lerma, both of whom I have had the pleasure of meeting in Mexico. Also we have Mr Maria Ibanez from Paraguay, who is Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies. We make you extremely welcome, and we acknowledge the important and growing relationships with your countries.
