Before I call the Leader of the House, I would like to say we had in the chamber earlier today three young people—Andrew Short, Patricia Kay and Jared Horvath—who were the short-listed applicants for the Speaker's University Challenge, which is an open challenge to young people to speak on freedom of speech. Patricia Kay was the winner, and I would like to acknowledge her and the work she has done. Although they have left the chamber now, it is very rewarding to see young people engage in the programs we conduct in parliament which give opportunities for young people to express themselves in the public arena.
Honourable members: Hear, hear!
