Before I call the honourable the Leader of the Opposition, I wish to advise the House that we have with us today the Deputy Speaker of Papua New Guinea, the Hon. Aide Ganasi, accompanied by committee chairs and staff from the Papua New Guinea parliament and the Papua New Guinea Pacific Parliamentary Partnership Project in the Queensland parliament. Their visit is part of a program coordinated by their parliaments, the Australian parliament and the Centre for Democratic Institutions at the ANU. We make you very welcome.
