That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent: the order of business for the House and Federation Chamber on Tuesday, 24 March 2015 being varied as follows:

(1) in the House: presentation of petitions and committee and private Members’ business accorded priority for Monday, 23 March 2015 to occur between 7 pm and 9 pm;

(2) in the Federation Chamber:

  (a) at 4 pm: Members’ constituency statements for 30 minutes;

  (b) at 4.30 pm: private Members’ business accorded priority in the Federation Chamber for Monday, 23 March 2015;

  (c) at approximately 7 pm: grievance debate; and

  (d)   at approximately 8 pm: adjournment (no debate); and

(3) any variation to this arrangement to be made only by a motion moved by a Minister.
