Before we proceed to questions without notice today, I'd like to inform the House that we have joining us on the floor this afternoon His Excellency Mr Arthur B Culvahouse Jr, the ambassador of the United States of America, and Her Excellency Mrs Vicki Treadell, high commissioner of the United Kingdom.
