I'm always happy to correct the record when it is needed and do so as properly as I can. In relation to the Defence Service Homes Amendment Bill, the opposition voted against the moving of the third reading which, of course, would have frustrated the bill.

Just before I call the Leader of the Opposition, what I can't do is enable him to continue question time in a debating format. I can't do that. The Prime Minister has added to an answer. The matter cannot be debated. I'll call the Leader of the Opposition and we'll see how we go.
