The Attorney-General sought to equate the failure of the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction to declare shares held in a family trust with my declaration of a trust established by my 87-year-old mother-in-law decades ago. I have no knowledge of the operation of my mother-in-law's finances, nor am I a beneficiary of the trust. The Attorney-General should be ashamed for dragging my mother-in-law, who lives in a nursing home, into his grubby political attack.
