The Speaker has received advice from the Chief Government Whip nominating members to be members of certain committees.

That:

(1) Mr O'Dowd be discharged from the Publications Committee;

(2) Mr O'Dowd be appointed a member of the Standing Committee on Petitions;

(3) Dr Webster be discharged from the Standing Committee on Infrastructure, Transport and Cities;

(4) Dr Webster be discharged from the Standing Committee on Communications and the Arts; and

(5) Dr Webster be appointed a member of the Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories.
