I inform the House that the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment will be absent from question time today and for the remainder of the week. The Treasurer will answer questions on his behalf in the Trade, Tourism and Investment portfolio, and I will answer questions on his behalf in the Foreign Affairs and the International Development and the Pacific portfolio. The Minister for Veterans' Affairs will also be absent from question time today. The Minister for Defence will answer questions on his behalf.

To add to the ministerial representations arrangements I referred to yesterday for the Minister for Defence Industry but also the Minister for Science and Technology, questions relating to the Minister for Science and Technology will be handled by the Minister for Energy.
