I inform the House that Prime Minister will be absent from question time today and tomorrow, as he is leading a delegation to India. I will answer questions on behalf of the Prime Minister. I also inform the House that the Minister for Resources and the Minister for Northern Australia will be absent from question time today and tomorrow. The Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government will answer questions on her behalf.
