I declare that, unless otherwise ordered, the following bills stand referred to Federation Chamber for further consideration: 1) the Financial Accountability Regime Bill 2023, the Financial Accountability Regime (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2023, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Financial Services Compensation Scheme of Last Resort) Bill 2023, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme of Last Resort Levy Bill 2023 and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme of Last Resort Levy (Collection) Bill 2023 at the adjournment of the debate on the motion for the second reading of the Financial Accountability Regime Bill 2023; and 2) the National Health Amendment (Effect of Prosecution—Approved Pharmacist Corporations) Bill 2023, the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security and Other Legislation Amendment (Modernisation) Bill 2022, the Education Legislation Amendment (Startup Year and Other Measures) Bill 2023 and the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (Data Streamlining) Amendment Bill 2023 at the adjournment of the debate on the motion for the second reading of each bill.
