I inform the House that of the Minister for Government Services will be absent from question time today and the Minister for Social Services will answer questions on his behalf. I also inform the House that the Minister for Home Affairs will be absent from question time today and the Minister for Immigration, Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs will answer questions on her behalf.
