I declare that, unless otherwise ordered, the following bills stand refer to the Federation Chamber for further consideration: (1) the Health Legislation Amendment (Removal of Requirement for a Collaborative Arrangement) Bill 2024 and the National Cancer Screening Register Amendment Bill 2024 at the adjournment of the debate on the motion for the second reading of each bill; and (2) the Excess Tariff Amendment (Tobacco) Bill 2024 and the Customs Tariff Amendment (Tobacco) Bill 2024 at the adjournment of the debate on the motion for the second reading of the Excise Tariff Amendment (Tobacco) Bill 2024.
