My question is to the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs. Was the minister the decision-maker in issuing a visa to Khaled Beydoun, or was the minister or his office made aware that Beydoun had applied for a visa?

That visa would have gone through the department. It was not brought to my attention before it was issued.
