I have a further supplementary question, Mr President. Can the minister advise, if Australia's economic and industry policies are working so well, why 125,000 jobs have been shed from Australia's manufacturing sector over the last four years?

Excellent to see the DLP go on the offensive. The Gillard Green/ALP alliance is working successfully towards the elimination of manufacturing jobs in Australia. Senator Evans still failed to answer the Question. The Newman Government in Queensland does not even regard manufacturing as a Pillar of our economy.
