That the Senate:

notes the recent death of Israeli linguist, author and peace activist Professor Tanya Reinhart;

(b)

sends its condolences to her family and friends; and

(c)

recognises the contribution that Professor Reinhart has made to achieving peace and justice in Palestine and Israel.
