I wish to inform the Senate that Senator Chris Ellison will be absent from question time today as he is visiting the flood affected areas of New South Wales. During his absence Senator Brandis will take questions relating to the portfolios of Health and Ageing and Human Services and Senator Johnston will take questions relating to the portfolios of Defence, Veterans’ Affairs and Immigration and Citizenship.
