Pursuant to standing order 38, I present the report of the Environment, Communications, Information Technology and the Arts Committee on the provisions of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Amendment Bill 2007, together with submissions received by the committee, which was presented to the President after the Senate adjourned on 15 June 2007. In accordance with the terms of the standing order, the publication of the report was authorised.
