I just want to say that this is a change to our expectation that the Tax Laws Amendment (2008 Measures No. 1) Bill 2008 would be brought on after question time. I am a little concerned that it is going to happen, with 15 minutes. Well, the government is in control of the timetabling of this, and we will see how we go.

I am sorry, Senator Brown, but I can only put the questions that are put before the chair.

Can I also, very, very briefly, add my congratulations to the new Governor-General?
