That intervening business be postponed till after consideration of government business order of the day No. 1, the Federal Court of Australia Amendment (Criminal Jurisdiction) Bill 2008; the order of the day relating to the International Tax Agreements Amendment Bill (No. 1) 2009; and government business order of the day No. 3, the Corporations Amendment (Improving Accountability on Termination Payments) Bill 2009.
