I move:

That the recommendations of the Procedure Committee in its third report of 2010, be adopted as follows:

(a)

the order of the Senate providing modified rules for question time continue to operate as a temporary order to the end of the 2010 sittings and for the first two sitting weeks of 2011; and

(b)

there be no change to standing order 104.
