by leave—On behalf of the chairs of the Rural Affairs and Transport Legislation Committee and the Environment and Communications Legislation Committee, I  move:

That the time for the presentation of the reports of the following committees be extended to 17 November 2010:

(a)

Rural Affairs and Transport Legislation Committee on the provisions of the Airports Amendment Bill 2010; and

(b)

Environment and Communications Legislation Committee on the provisions of the National Broadcasting Legislation Amendment Bill 2010.
