Senators may be aware that Senator McLucas has not been well and is unable to stand for any length of time. With the concurrence of the Senate I propose that Senator McLucas be permitted to speak while seated and to vote in divisions from a wheelchair or mobility device on the appropriate side of the chamber floor. There being no objection, it is so ordered.
