Pursuant to section 198AC of the Migration Act, I table a letter from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr Antonio Guterres, to the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Mr Bowen, relating to the designation of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea as a regional processing country.
