Mr Deputy President, yesterday I referred to an exchange in the New South Wales parliament on 9 September 1999. I attributed some comments to Mr Carr and asserted that he had made some patronising comments regarding the then Leader of the Opposition, Mrs Chikarovski. That was not correct and I withdraw the comments.
