by leave—I inform the Senate that, given the announcement by Senator Sinodinos that he has voluntarily stood aside from his role as Assistant Treasurer while the Independent Commission Against Corruption's inquiry into Australian Water Holdings Pty Ltd is underway, Senator Cormann will take questions on behalf of the Treasury portfolio until further notice. In addition, I can inform the Senate that Senator Johnston will be absent from question time today and tomorrow due to his attendance at the Jakarta International Defence Dialogue. Senator Brandis will take questions on behalf of the defence portfolio, and I will take questions for the portfolio of infrastructure and regional development.
