by leave—I advise the Senate that Senator Abetz, Leader of the Government in the Senate, will be absent from question time today as he is attending a funeral in Tasmania. In his absence, questions on the Prime Minister's portfolio and the Public Service should be directed to me, questions on the employment portfolio should be directed to Senator Fifield, and questions on the agriculture portfolio should be directed to Senator Scullion.
