by leave—I advise the Senate that Senator Scullion, the Minister for Indigenous Affairs, will be absent from question time today as he is attending the National Native Title Conference in Queensland. In Senator Scullion's absence, Senator Payne will answer questions on Indigenous Affairs and Senator Nash will respond to questions in the Agriculture portfolio.
