The Senate Regulations and Ordinances Committee has been making inquiries about a number of issues in relation to this instrument. Following correspondence with the minister, the committee has concluded its examination of this matter. The committee's final report on this matter is contained in the delegated legislation monitor No. 13 of 2015.
