This morning I tabled a copy of an order of the Court of Disputed Returns dated 10 March this year declaring Panagiotis Georgiou duly elected as a senator for the state of Western Australia in the place for which Rodney Culleton was returned. Senator Georgiou's term commenced on the date of the order; however, I am advised that he will not be attending the Senate this week but hopes to be well enough to join us next week.
