I advise honourable senators of the presence in the chamber today of the parliamentary delegation from Uruguay led by Mr Jose Carlos Mahia, Speaker of the House of Representatives. On behalf of all senators, I wish the delegation a very warm welcome to Australia and, in particular, to the Senate. With the concurrence of honourable senators, I invite the Speaker to take a seat on the floor of the Senate.
