I write with regard to a question Itook on notice from Senator Gavin Marshall on Monday 10 September 2018, on the matter of declarations of private interests made by the Minister for Home Affairs.

I am advised by the Minister for Home Affairs that he has at all times conducted himself in accordance with the relevant Cabinet Handbook rules.
