Pursuant to notice given on 19 September 2018, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, standing in my name for 14 November, proposing the disallowance of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (confidentiality) determination No. 1 of 2018.

Also, pursuant to notice given on 19 September 2018, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1, standing in my name for 18 October, proposing the disallowance of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Amendment (Defence and Strategic Goods) Regulations 2018.
