I advise the Senate that Senator Reynolds will be absent from question time today due to illness. In Senator Reynolds's absence, Senator Payne will represent the Minister for Defence Industry and Minister for Emergency Management and North Queensland Recovery; the Minister for Defence; and the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, Minister for Defence Personnel and Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Centenary of ANZAC.
