In accordance with the provisions of the Parliament Act 1974, I present a proposal for works within the Parliamentary Zone relating to the Sir John McEwen sculpture, pavement and interpretive material. I seek leave to give a notice of motion in relation to the proposal.

That, in accordance with section 5 of the Parliament Act 1974, the Senate approves the proposal by the National Capital Authority for capital works within the Parliamentary Zone relating to the Sir John McEwen sculpture, pavement and interpretive material.
