On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 standing in my name for two sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Taxation Administration (Private Ancillary Fund) Guidelines 2019.

I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I will move:
That the Senate:
(a) expresses its ongoing support for the implementation of the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse;
(b) acknowledges the pain and suffering of survivors of child sexual abuse;
(c) expresses its ongoing support for survivors of child sexual abuse, and
(d) encourages survivors to keep coming forward.
