I advise the Senate that Senator Reynolds, the Minister for Defence, will be absent from question time for the remainder of this week for personal reasons. In Senator Reynolds's absence, Senator Payne will be representing the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, the Minister for Defence Personnel and the Minister for Defence Industry. Senator Cash will represent the Minister for Home Affairs.
